Subscribing to this plan indicates your agreement to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), which we may update periodically without prior notice.

Subscription Benefits
The All-Access Digital Plan includes:

• ART Academy: Expert-led tutorials and courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
• ART Critic’s Review: In-depth market insights, trends, and analysis.
• Exclusive Reports: Comprehensive reports on market performance and emerging opportunities.

This subscription is designed to empower subscribers with tools to thrive in the art world.

Access and Limitations

• Your subscription grants non-transferable, personal access to our digital content.
• Past reports, archived materials, and certain exclusive features may require separate offerings.
• Content availability may be affected by technical issues, updates, or maintenance.

Pricing and Billing Policy

• The annual subscription fee is $23.99/year, with a 7-day free trial and a 50% discount for first-time subscribers.
• Payments are processed securely and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods.

Quality of Service
We strive to provide accurate, relevant, and timely content. However, features and services may evolve to reflect market trends and subscriber needs.

Terms of Use for Services Purchased via Stripe

By completing your purchase through the provided Stripe payment link, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided

• The subscription packages purchased include the promotional services as detailed below:
  • Bronze Package (one-time fee):
    • One feature article capturing the essence of your exhibition.
    • A mention in our monthly newsletter to drive additional interest.
  • Silver Package (per year or quarterly):
    • Four feature articles yearly highlighting exhibitions, artists, and events.
    • Extended event listings to ensure visibility for up to six months per event.
    • Newsletter mentions with each feature.
  • Gold Package (per year or quarterly):
    • Unlimited articles covering exhibitions, events, and milestones.
    • In-depth features, including interviews, profiles, and behind-the-scenes stories.
    • Priority homepage placement during key exhibition months.
    • Twice-a-year gallery spotlights.

Payment and Fees

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• The prices listed include all applicable taxes.
• For subscriptions with a quarterly payment option, the payment will recur every three months from the date of the first payment unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy

• Bronze Package: As a one-time service, the Bronze Package cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.
• Silver and Gold Packages: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle (yearly or quarterly) to avoid charges for the following period. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Delivery of Services
Services will commence within 14 business days of payment confirmation. For subscription packages, services will be distributed evenly over the subscription period (e.g., quarterly or yearly).

Changes to Subscription Plans
Plan upgrades or downgrades can be requested by contacting us at support@artwalkway.com. Adjustments will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information about exhibitions, artists, and events to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.

Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services if the terms of this agreement are violated or if timely payment is not received.

ART Valuation Services

Services Provided
ART Walkway offers valuation services for artworks you ("You") submit. By proceeding, you accept this Agreement, which governs these services and may be updated without prior notice.

Online Valuation Basis

• Valuations are based on the images and information you provide.
• The quality and accuracy of valuations depend on the completeness of your submission (e.g., clear images, descriptions, and provenance).
• Online valuations have inherent limitations compared to in-person appraisals.

Fair Market Price

• Valuations reflect a Fair Market Price, determined as the price a willing buyer and seller agree upon without compulsion, based on factors such as rarity, condition, and market trends.
• Even unsigned or lesser-known works may have potential value based on rarity or aesthetics.

Valuation Report

• Reports provide high and low Fair Market Price estimates.
• If no significant sales history or market information is available, reports may indicate limited or inconclusive findings.
• ART Walkway reserves the right to decline valuation requests without explanation.

Pricing and Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable unless the report is not delivered within six business days of submission.
• Refunds are not provided for submissions with insufficient details (e.g., unclear images).

Exclusions and Limitations

• Valuations do not account for reserve prices, taxes, commissions, or fees.
• Results are based on assumptions and may not account for hidden conditions or defects.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not guarantee the authenticity, provenance, or condition of any artwork.
• The Valuation Report is a subjective opinion, not a guarantee of future saleability or market value.

Binding Agreement and Limitations

• The Valuation Report is not an official appraisal and cannot be used for legal, insurance, or tax purposes without prior written consent.
• By purchasing the report, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

General Provisions

1. Privacy Policy

2. Third-Party Links and Content

• ART Walkway may include links to third-party websites for convenience.
• We are not responsible for the content or terms of these external sites.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Indemnification

• This Agreement is governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
